What brand does the best Blu ray payers for a good price? Samsung, LG, Panasonic are the ones i've been looking at mainly.
Any advice at all would be great! Thanks! What brand does the best Blu ray players?
Swings and roundabouts.
Stick to a budget then go into a store and ask to look at the main models within that budget, one may catch your eye. There is always one with a slightly better still picture, another with a slightly better moving picture, one with slightly better sound and another with slightly better range of connections, one with slightly better detail, one with slightly better colour reproduction etc etc etc.
To be fair though you cannot really go wrong with any of the modern main brand models. They have all received pretty good reviews.
samsung are really good mate or just treaT YOURSELF BUY A PLAYSTATION 3 AND THERE ONE BUILT IN THERE REALLY GOOD ....What brand does the best Blu ray players?
SONY is the best.If you get the ps3 it is an all round blu-ray entertainment centreWhat brand does the best Blu ray players?
If you are looking at for a good basic Blu-Ray player, then Sony, Panasonic, LG, Samsung and Pioneer are all worth checking out.
If you really want "the best", then you'll need to look at a Marantz UD-9004. A snip at 拢5,000...
i would either go for a pioneer blu-ray player or a panasonic blu-ray recorder player, but they are expensive, so i would wait for a pioneer blu-ray recorder due out this year (hopefully) and the prices of them will go down
According to CNET, the Panasonic DMP-BD60 is the best player on the market for the money. But, it does have limitations, particularly the available outputs for audio (it doesn't have discrete analog output channels for surround - you have to use the digital output for that). It also has some difficulty playing certain scenes on standard DVDs, resulting in picture artifacts such as jiggling and tearing of certain images.
I just picked up a used Sony BDP-S550 for about $200 on eBay and it works great. It plays standard DVDs without the video artifacts mentioned above and it has the discrete analog surround audio outputs. I haven't played a Blu Ray disc on it yet (I don't have any). But, it works great with standard DVDs.
Panasonic model BD-60 is the best entry level blu ray disc player in the market today. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on blu ray disc players. Hope this will help you out.
