I hope not. No direct comment on your implied ethics ... but think about it. You didn't buy them there, why should they?
Some stores have ridiculously liberal return policies (e.g. Sears), but even they are cutting back.
But seriously, you got them free so don't open them and offer for sale on eBay or your local CD/DVD trade-in store. LOTS of people would love to buy some disks at less than full price.
