I love watching movies, and it would be really cool to watch them in HD, so im thinking about getting a Blu Ray Player. What is a good brand for blu rays, one that will last and has good quality. Also, it has to be under 150 dollars.What kind of Blu Ray Player is right for me?

Look at the Panasonic model BD-65. I own a first generation blu ray disc player from Panasonic model BD-10 and it is over 4 years old and have played over 300 blu ray movies without a single problem at all. Panasonic has had a model recommended in the entry level for many years. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on blu ray disc players. I also purchased 2 Panasonic blu ray disc player for my kids as a Christmas present model BD-35 (3 years old) and have had no problems. any Sony ,samsung, Panasonic, Lg. entry level player should be good... if you are going to hook into home theatre sound, make sure it has optical out, some LGs dont
