How many files can practically be stored on a Blu-Ray disk?

I need to store a lot of really small files on a Blu-ray disk. In the 2-3 million range. Is this practical? How many files can practically be stored on a Blu-Ray disk?
How much data can you fit on a Blu-ray disc?

A single-layer disc can hold 25GB.

A dual-layer disc can hold 50GB.(dual layer means DOUBLE SIDED)

To ensure that the Blu-ray Disc format is easily extendable (future-proof) it also includes support for multi-layer discs, which should allow the storage capacity to be increased to 100GB-200GB (25GB per layer) in the future simply by adding more layers to the discs. How many files can practically be stored on a Blu-Ray disk?
Well I've heard of Blu-ray disk that has about 8 layers or so. Some have more but need a special reader for those

if each layer i guess holder 25 GB or so (not sure how big per layer because i don't use blu-ray) that would be 200 GB?
