If you buy the blu ray pack of inception, do you still get the dvd special features?

I don't have a blu ray player, but it's the same price for the blu ray as the dvd, and some day i'll have a blu ray player. So I just want to know if the dvd inside of the blu ray pack has special features, or if it's just the movie.
