for the blu ray internal disk drives for pc's, if u download a movie would it burn make the picture clearer than what u downloaded??Blu ray???
No, you cannot actually increase the video quality of the source file better then the original encoding, the only thing you can do to enhance a source video is to apply a dithering filter to smooth out pixelation but simply burning a movie to blu-ray disc will not do this, nor is it really worth it even if it did considering the incredible cost of blu-ray recordable discs (20$ a piece)Blu ray???
It would be impossible to burn at a higher quality than the original. At best you could hope for the picture quality to be equal.
