Is the picture better with a regular Blu Ray player or a PS3?

I know PS3 can play Blu Rays, but I would assume the picture is better on a device that's sole purpose is to play Blu Rays. Unlike the PS3, which is to play games. Which Blu Ray player would you recommend? Thanks.Is the picture better with a regular Blu Ray player or a PS3?
honestly even if the picture would be a tiny bit better which it really isnt, id get the ps3 anyway since it has more functions. its a cheap blu-ray player at the very least.Is the picture better with a regular Blu Ray player or a PS3?
