For pure video enjoyment, try Planet Earth. It's a BBC series (10 hours?) about our planet and it's amazing! They took 10 years to film it and every frame looks like a National Geographic photo. Truly stunning video about nature on this planet.
I invited a friend to see it; he had skipped it as a viewing choice previously. He had looked at a couple of small photos and a brief description and wrote it off. After 20 minutes, he decided to get it -- it's that good.
